Great secluded beach vibes!
We spent 5 nights in an ocean view bungalow and it was perfect for a quiet getaway. The breakfast hit the spot, with fresh fruit and yummy pastries. Staff were super friendly, always ready to help out, especially with my elderly mom. Just wish the WiFi was better. only worked near the bar.

We had an incredible time enjoying the beautiful beach with our family. The place offered complimentary kayaks which were perfect for exploring the calm waters. Watching sunsets from our bungalow with a sea view was simply unbeatable. it made our stay truly special with our five kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

Highly recommend for couples
I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere , especially at the beach bar where the staff always made sure I had a fresh margarita in hand. One night, we were lucky enough to watch the sunset while lounging in the hammocks on the balcony of our room, a moment that felt almost cinematic.
It definitely wasn't budget-friendly, but what can you expect for a place like this.

Our group vacation was fantastic! We loved kayaking and biking through the beautiful Yum Balam reserve, perfect for relaxing and soaking up quiet sunsets. The hotel has all the right amenities for unwinding and exploring. Don't miss out on the stunning natural beauty and birdwatching opportunities.
We had a bit of trouble when the reception staff seemed unclear about tour information, which caused some frustration. A better communication would have made things smoother.

The beachfront views were absolutely breathtaking. I could watch the sunset painting the sky every evening from my luxurious Bungalow with Garden View. The kids loved splashing in the shallow water, and it felt like we had our own private paradise! Special shoutout to the staff who made our mornings brighter with a fantastic breakfast and served us super refreshing margaritas by the beach.
